Q- What kind of different functions do you have at your facility?

	Q- Where are you located? Gray Gables is located in the heart and soul of the quiet town of Summerfield, North Carolina along Highway 150. 4105 Oak Ridge Road , Summerfield, NC 27358.
	Q- Is Gray Gables Expensive? At first glance some people think so. We don't like the nickel and dime approach and don't charge extra for things like peanuts, bartenders or napkins. When you go out to dinner you can either order ala carte or the complete dinner. The dinner meal is always a better value.
	Q- Is it possible for me to stop by and take a look at the set up of the home and the grounds? Of Course! You are more than welcome to come by anytime you please to take a look at the grounds. Appointments are appreciated but not required. If you would like to make an appointment please call Danielle Jenks at 336-643-0005, she will be happy to assist you.
	Q- Do you have tables and chairs that you rent out? Yes! We have tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. The price of the tables and chairs is already included into the price total.
	Q- Why do you not give pricing over the phone? We at Gray Gables believe that every function no matter how big or small is special. That is why we take the time to sit down with every prospect and schedule a consultation meeting to discuss the time and date of your event along with a few other points of interest. We need to know what exactly you are looking for before we can properly price your event. To schedule a consolation meeting please call: 336-643-0005 and ask for Danielle Jenks.
	Q- Can we choose our own vendors? Yes! You are able to choose your own vendors. We understand that there are many vendors out there and that it can be hard at times to weed through the bad ones, which is why we can provide you with a preferred list of vendors that have worked with us in the past that we consider to be exceptional.
	Q- What is your stance on alcohol? You may provide your own bar beverages at Gray Gables. Your caterer must provide a bartender to serve any alcohol. A licensed bartender is required for all events where alcohol is served. If mixed drinks are served, you must acquire a Limited Special Occasion Permit from the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission. If your caterer has an off-premise liquor license, a copy of such may be provided to Gray Gables in lieu of the Special Occasion Permit. No permit is necessary to serve beer, wine, or champagne.
	Q- What is the staff at The Gardens at Gray Gables responsibilities during a function? Gray Gables is in charge of renting out the facility, setting up the tables and chairs in the allotted positions before your arrival, and also the break down of the tables and chairs. The food is to be set up and broken down by your caterer and the misc. items such as ribbons, bows, and flowers should be taken down by those who had put them up.
	Q- Is there an additional clean up fee? There is a $200 clean up fee. This is to ensure that you have left the property in the same condition as it was when you first arrived. Once your event has ended, your deposit will be refunded once the facility has been assessed. If there is any damage to the property you will not receive your deposit back and if the damage succeeds the $200.00 you may be billed for the additional cost.
	Q- Do you cater your events? The Gardens at Gray Gables is strictly a venue only. We do allow you to choose your own caterer but do require that whomever you may choose has a valid catering license.
	Q- Are there any vendor fees? There is a 15% commission fee for any vendors that use our facility. Good examples are florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
